As a return customer, 17 years later, we were quite please with the quality of their service, and the workmanship of their trades. Renovation work started on time and within the estimated budget. No surprises. We were satisfied with the results of their work, especially the care taken during execution of their work to not affect the use of other areas of the house.

R&A Stairs have been fabricating and installing our stairs and railings for the past 5 years. We will continue to use R&A Stairs for projects in the future for a number of reasons. First, they are the most reliable supplier that I deal with. From site measuring to installation, they are there when they say they are going to be which means my jobs don’t get delayed. Second, over the course of the dozens of sets of stairs we have ordered we have never had a single quality defect. Any issues that we have had have been on our end and even then R&A Stairs have been there to help us troubleshoot. I cannot give a stronger recommendation than I can for R&A Stairs. A quick note to you and your team for another job well done. This seems to be a re-occurring theme with your company, and we couldn't be happier about that. After all these years you still pay attention to every detail and get it right. Your ability to understand exactly what it is we want, and price it accordingly, is exactly the standard we expect from our vendors and sub contractors. On this most recent project you also once again were able to problem solve a few issues that came up in the final design that could not be forseen. Improvisation is no substitute for proper planning and design but in our ever-changing highly detailed business you must be flexible and creative. You made us all look good in the end, again.
